Join us for an hour of a gentle yoga flow that includes your baby. If you need to nurse/bottle feed, change a diaper, or simply sit and be present with other parents and babies that all goes with this Flow! We will focus on gentle poses for parents that can be done easily with baby nearby and some poses that include baby. This class will nourish the parent and baby and build on the unconditional bond.
Please make sure your doctor or midwife has cleared you for activity. This is best for parents and babies 6 weeks to one year postpartum.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
