BABAMNA Convention and African Cultural Gala Atlanta from August 30th, 2024, to September 2nd, 2024 is a unique cultural event held throughout the Labor-day weekend. The Bassa Bati Mpo'o people, Bantu ethnic groups from Cameroon, living in North America (USA & Canada) welcome their friends from other communities and the North American public, to celebrate their rich traditions and culture and plot pathways for a better future together.
, will feature an elaborate Cameroonian/African/Caribbean buffet and an exceptional live entertainment lineup of African artists and performers.
Live entertainment will include a mix of modern and traditional African music and shows with the participation of the international Cameroonian singer , the rising star comedian and Assiko dancer .
The event is designed to be a memorable moment of entertainment and networking.

- Atlanta tour on Friday 08/30/2024 from 3PM to 5PM
- Networking Evening on 08/30/2022 from 7PM to 10PM
- The all Bassa Bati Mpo'o North America Convention General Assembly meeting with breakout thematic sessions on Saturday 08/31/2024 from 9:00AM to 12:00PM;
- The roundtable on catalyzing the unity of Bassa Bati Mpo'o diaspora in North America for a more thriving community on Saturday 08/31/2024 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM. Panelists include: (1) Jean Emmanuel Pondi, Vice Rector University of Yaounde I; (2) Perrial Nyodog, Gaz industry and business tycoon; (3) Coretta Minlend, General Manager of CAC (Cameroun Audit Conseil), one of the leading financial Auditing and consulting firm in Central Africa.
