BA Fitness FREE Bodyweight Workout!
Bring a friend and come join us for a fun-filled morning of fitness and fun! Bodyweight Workouts shouldn't be overlooked and I'll show you why. We will get our heart rate up and work our muscles while having fun together. No equipment needed, just bring yourself and your energy! After the workout, we will be able to chat and connect. This time is a great way to connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts and start your weekend motivated!
All fitness levels welcome! We are on different roads in our journeys but we can come together with the same goal in mind, to be a better version of ourselves. We do what we can, and that's enough! I will have complimentary samples of 1st Phorm's Post-Workout Protein, protein bars, protein sticks and pre-workout energy for everyone who participates! Everything needed supplied by me! You may park anywhere in the North Hills parking lot. Walk down to the gymnasium on the backside of the school - we will be inside! Bring a yoga mat if desired and a water bottle. Bring your friends, family and kiddos! I can't wait!!
