The UWI Visual Arts Unit partners with the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago (ASTT) to host the 2025 exhibition of art and design works by students in their final year of the Visual Arts Degree programme. The show will be open to the public at the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago (ASTT) from April 09 to 19, 2025.This exhibition will feature selected works of the graduating Degree class of 2025. The graduates include: Faith Barnett, Kristen Burrows, Matthian Edwards, Perusia Granger, Christian Holder, Su-Yung Low Hoy, Vritti Ramnarine, Flavia Rogers, Alicia Smith, Iyana Sorzano, Josiah Tahall and Rajesh Reagan Tilkaran. Viewers can expect a range of artforms that explore diverse themes
The public is also invited to attend an artist talk at the ASTT on Thursday April 17, 2025 at 5-7pm. Come and join our students in a conversation about their art making process, the relevance of creative expression in fostering health, wellbeing and discover how art making can lead us into creating community with each other.
The exhibition represents a culmination of years of study in fine art practices and provide a vital opportunity for students to engage wide audiences, share ideas and have meaningful dialogue.
