No experience required — the workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. barre3 instructors offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.

What To Wear

Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.

What To Bring

Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. Any other equipment will be provided.

When to Arrive

We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to check in, store your items and ask any questions you may have.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

A 5 minute walk from the Morgan Green/Pink Line stop. There's paid street parking (but, it's limited).
