About this Event
In Watch the Skies, players lead the world's nations during first contact with an alien civilization. Each country has four team members: the Head of State, United Nations Representative, Head of Science, and Military Leader. Players must address the world's challenges and pursue their own agendas while maintaining their public image in the media. The game will last for 12 turns of 30 minutes, with a 30 minute break for lunch and an hour break for dinner in the middle.
To purchase a ticket, you must pick your nation (or play as the aliens), so if you have a group in mind make sure to coordinate before purchasing. Otherwise, try to join a nation that already has a couple of signups and find your teammates before the game starts.
