About this Event
Synopsis:
Contracts are vital to all businesses, and they need to be tailored appropriately to ensure that they are fit for purpose and comply with your legal obligations. Did you know that there are several differences between the way a contract with a consumer (a B2C contract) must be drafted as opposed to a contract with another business (a B2B contract)?
Join us as we discuss the following:
1. The difference between a B2C and a B2B contract
2. Why the distinction matters
3. What you are legally required to include in B2C and B2B contracts
4. How to ensure you enter into each type of contract correctly so that they are legally binding
5. Drafting tips
The talk shall be followed by a Q&A session.
