Workout Cookout is back for its third year! Check out the video below to see our first time hosting this event. 🥺 We can't wait to see you all for Round 3! It's pretty straightforward - we workout, then we cookout. More details below!
10:30 AM: Open House, Check-In, & Raffle Entry
11:00 AM: Body Weight & Kettlebell Workout
12:00 PM: Burgers, Hotdogs, Games & more!
WORKOUT DETAILS: All ability levels are welcome. This workout is designed to use your body weight and kettlebells and will hit all major muscle groups in the body. There will be partner aspects to the workout, so be prepared to meet some new people and have fun! Bring your friends & family to join the workout or post-workout food and games, the more the merrier!
COOKOUT DETAILS: We will have hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill with a few sides. Please BYOB. We are neighbors with a great local brewery, Monument City Brewing - feel free to walk over and grab a craft beer or bring your own. If you do not eat meat, we will have a limited amount of vegetarian-friendly burgers that we will make first on a clean grill.
GAMES: Be ready for a Spike Ball Tournament, cornhole, and can jam!
