Azul Embodiment Conscious Movement - Awakening Love through Dance:Azul is an ecstatic dance practice that takes you deeper with a guided experience that gives you tools to awaken love. Azul takes us through a journey of awakening consciousness working with the intelligence of the body. Awakening happens by going in and through our humanity and releasing the blocks that hold us back from experiencing our true essence. The body contains all the information needed in order to complete our healing journey and access our full power. Embodiment is so potent because it helps us purify and integrate all of our life experiences.
If you can move your body, you can dance. Anyone of any age can dance and receive the benefits of participating. No previous experience is required. We dance barefoot. Bring your water bottle! ($35 early-bird now thru Sept 20th, $40 regular fee)
