Elevate your leadership with our Production Management Training Series - a dynamic, hands-on program crafted to empower managers with the skills to enhance team performance, build accountability, and champion a Lean-focused culture. Participants will gain actionable strategies for problem solving, coaching, budgeting, and operational leadership, leaving ready to create measurable improvements and inspire their teams to achieve excellence. Strengthen leadership, drive operational excellence, and build a culture of continuous improvement through this comprehensive training program.
This program will consist of 6 essential classes and will be delivered in 4 hour increments, every Monday, February 2nd - March 9th, 2026. The topics are listed below. (A course description and class dates can be found by downloading the flyer from the AZ MEP website).
