DISTRICT 12 SUNDAY ONLY CAPTURE THE FLAG EVENT RULES 1. All AZALR chapters from all districts in Arizona as well as other Arizona Veterans riding organizations are eligible to participate. ALR D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag events will start every Sunday at 1300 hrs or 1400 hrs, to be declared by the ALR chapter or Veterans riding group who holds the flag. This is to accommodate all AZALR chapters and Veteran riding groups who hold chapter meetings on Sunday mornings, and all members who attend church or other family or community events Sunday mornings a chance to participate. Exceptions: Postponing a D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag event will occur through the year due to holidays falling on Sundays. The Flag will remain at the Post or club house who holds the Flag till the following Sunday.
2. The initial location of the D-12 Capture the Flag event will be held at post 41 Phoenix AZ 9/30/2018 1400 hrs.
3. The ALR chapter or Veterans group who captures the D-12 flag at an event must display the D-12 flag prominently in their post, club room or bar so all will see it. Said ALR chapter or Veterans group who is in possession of the D-12 flag is eligible to capture the flag at the following AZALR D-12 Capture the Flag event, once the D-12 flag has been captured from said chapter post, club room or bar.
4. An ALR or Veterans riding group member can not represent multiple chapters or group at any AZALR D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag event. Two ALR riders/ Veteran group riders or supporters is desired to be eligible for AZALR D-12 Capture the Flag events. If only one rider shows up, exceptions may be made of all in attendance the day of the event if the lone rider will be eligible to participate. No bike count required for eligibility. Cages are welcome due to extreme weather conditions in Arizona. Safety for members always.
5. If there is more than one ALR chapter and or Veterans riding group who is present at an ALR Sunday only D-12 capture the flag event at the announced time and location, the chapters in attendance will have a 3 roll of 5 dice roll off to determine the winner.
6. The chapter in attendance with the highest count after 3 dice rolls captures the flag. In the event of a tie, there will be a 1 dice roll off to determine the winner. In the event someone rolls all 5 dice and they are the same. They will receive an extra roll.
7. The chapter who captures the flag at a D-12 Capture the Flag event is required to notify the AZALR D-12 rep, so he or she can notify all who captured the flag and announce the location and time of the following D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag event.
8. After a chapter or veterans group has captured the D-12 flag, the flag will be safe from capture until the following Sunday. There are no mileage requirements or advantages for any chapters or groups at any D-12 Capture the Flag events.
9. A sign-in sheet for chapters in attendance is required at all AZALR D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag events and must be reported to AZALR D-12 Rep.
10. If no chapters show up at an announced AZALR D-12 Capture the Flag event, the flag will be safe until the following Sunday at the announced time and location. If a chapter does not have a post, clubroom or bar. Said chapter must contact another post, clubroom or bar, and inform D-12 rep of location and time for the upcoming D-12 Capture the Flag event.
11. In the event of the winning chapter of an AZALR D-12 Capture the Flag event, said post, clubroom or bar will not display the D-12 ALR Flag. The winning chapter will have the choice of choosing another post, clubroom or bar to display the flag to hold the next AZALR D-12 Capture the Flag event and must report the location of the flag time and place of the following AZALR D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag event within in 24hrs. to AZALR D-12 Rep. If Said location of the following AZALR D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag event is not reported to AZALR D-12 Rep, of the chosen post, clubroom or bar for the upcoming AZALR D-12 Sunday only event. The flag will be returned to the previous post, clubroom or bar for the next AZALR D-12 Sunday only Capture the Flag event.
