Course Description:
Experience a full-body yoga practice to squash sluggishness (excess kapha dosha) that leaves you feeling vibrant and energized. Release stubborn heaviness with fiery asanas and evaporate mental cloudiness with mind-clearing pranayama. Enjoy the lasting lightness of kapalabhati, bhastrika, purifying twists, and challenging balancing postures. Then, delve into springtime diet tips, learn to make an ancient agni-stoking nectar, discover the benefits of dry brushing, and more! This workshop is for intermediate and advanced practitioners. This zoom workshop will include kapha-balancing yoga, lecture, and discussion.
