Madana is a lifelong practitioner of meditation, yoga and Ayurveda. In her role as Ayurveda coach and well-being adviser, she brings a holistic approach to living a peaceful, happy and fulfilling life. Madana has presented numerous workshops/seminars on Ayurveda, lifestyle improvement, personal development and spiritual cultivation. Her engaging and informative style of delivery inspires transformation in a practical and easy way. Madana is a vocational education teacher and holds a Bachelor of FE&T, a Post Grad Cert in Education, TAE certification, and is a certified yoga teacher and meditation teacher. She holds a Diploma in Ayurveda Consulting and Mindful Mental Health. Her professional development includes Anxiety, Depression, CBT, and Anxiety in children and adolescents, Self-Awareness and Development and Complex Trauma. Madana's commitment to well-being and lifelong learning is a testament to her dedication to helping others lead fulfilling, rewarding and harmonious lives.
Madana is passionate about inspiring and educating individuals to embrace lifestyle practices that promote ultimate well-being.
