Come join us for a hands-on training session on Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage at The Balanced Yoga and Natural Health.
This in-person training will equip you with the skills to perform the traditional Ayurvedic Shiro Abhyanga and Mukha Abhyanga (Ayurvedic face lift)
Ayurvedic head massage and marma points.
2 days training intensive.
8 May: 2 pm - 7pm Theory, Theory of Ayurveda, marma therapy. 8 May: 2 pm - 7pm Theory, Theory of Ayurveda, marma therapy and treatment using a chair. How to set up and start the treatment, the energetic connection and Doshas. Head massage, main marma points, neck and shoulders using a chair.
10 May: 2pm - 7 pm Review head massage, learn face massage and main face marma points. Review and exam. Certification.

Learn the true theraupetic Ayurvedic Shiroabhyanga and Mukha Abhyanga based on Ayurvedic principle and marma points.
What this Ayurvedic treatment is for, doshic information and use of ayurvedic oils.
You will learn the chair massage that can be given in all setting. This is the most used practice for of Head massage.
The massage done on massage table or floor with more indepth information on Marma points, specific treatment for disseases and energy work, is a separate two days training.
The table/floor massage that is most comfortable to clients and is the one given in the Ayurvedic Panchakarma centers.
Part of the traditional Ayurvedic head massage includes energy healing and marma points. You will learn a traditional way to use mantra during the massage session.
Further workshop on how to make Ayurvedic oils {Tailam} make a good addition to this training course.
Each day starts with the traditional Ayurvedic chant.
Certificate ceremony on last day.
