We welcome you to an enriching mystical evening where all your senses will be tantalized.As you journey through the history and benefits of the Ayurvedic principles guided by qualified practitioner Gopali you will learn the art of medicine through food.
Arriving to an elixir that will prepare your palate for what is to come you will be welcomed into a a warm decadent space to unwind and enjoy for the evening . You will then be guided through a meditation to cultivate a harmonious inner world and awaken your digestive fire.
The evening will proceed with a 4 course dinner consisting of fresh, wholesome and delicious food prepared using the principles of Ayurveda, as this is served Gopali will talk through each dish, its benefits and why particular ingredients are used, as well as other Ayurvedic concepts, she will also be available throughout the evening for questions or discussions about the Ayurvedic lifestyle, a great opportunity immerse yourself in a world of ancient wonder, the evening will conclude with spiced masala chai and light spiritual Kirtan as you wind down ,mingle with like minded people and enjoy the ambiance.
