Replenish and rejuvenate through the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga. This two-hour workshop with Clinical Ayurvedic specialist, Chloe Chaput, will introduce the Ayurvedic approach to living in balance with the qualities present at this time of the year.In the heart of winter, the environment becomes cold, heavy, and dense—qualities that can create stagnation in the body, mind, and Self, leaving us feeling sluggish, foggy, or unmotivated. This 2-hour Ayurveda Yoga workshop invites you to work with the Water element, using its nourishing, grounding nature to cultivate steadiness and ease, while also tapping into its cleansing, purifying flow to gently clear what has accumulated through the season.
We’ll explore:
• Yoga Asana to release stagnation, support circulation, and bring nourishment to the tissues, joints, and bones
• Breathwork for calming, clarifying, and detoxifying balance
• Marma Therapy to restore energetic circulation and encourage subtle cleansing
• Yoga Nidra for deep rest, inner nourishment, and renewal
A soothing winter reset designed to both purify and replenish, helping you realign with clarity and grounded vitality.
This session requires no previous experience.
This class will be guided by Chloe Chaput, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Yoga Teacher.
