About Isabel from The Luna Shala
Isabel is a qualified yoga teacher with specific training in therapeutic yoga practices for every stage of a woman’s life and a trained yoga nidra facilitator. Isabel has long understood the connection of food to mental and physical health and has recently qualified in Clinical Ayurveda. In 2023 Isabel opened The Luna Shala yoga studio which specialises in Yoga for Women. The studio is home to Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga as well as Well Woman yoga, Yoga Nidra and Dru Yoga. We’re also excited to be joined by Rosie who will be offering strength training classes and workshops especially for women.

About the Ayurveda Workshop
You’ll learn about the three elemental doshas of Ayurveda and find out which one is yours: vāta, pitta or kapha or a mix. There you will also find out some simple ways to balance the doshas to support health.

This event is part of our Learn Zero programme and will be held in our Basement Learning Space at 42a Friar Lane, NG1 6DQ. (Please note that the workshop space is accessed from the Shop via some steps, handrail installed).
We are just 2 minutes from Market Square in the centre of Nottingham, close to the tram and central bus drop-off points.
