In this workshop we will delve into some basic Ayurvedic principles around how to choose, prepare and eat our food in a way that makes it deeply nourishing to our body, mind and spirit.

-How the seasons affect our health and how we cook in a way that helps us to stay balanced
-The importance of the six tastes and how they affect our digestion and emotional balance
- Important eating rituals for physical, mental and spiritual health
-Easy recipe demonstrations with take home recipes
You will also experience an uplifting Sacred Kirtan Meditation circle, delicious chai and nourishing Ayurvedic food!
