Ayurveda is an ancient, holistic health system that originated in India, often referred to as the sister science of Yoga. It has been tried and tested over centuries as a way to bring balance to our lives. It takes into account all aspects of our lives: our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It is packed with self-care practices and tips to help you to feel better in your body.
Are you curious to learn more? Our workshop will take you from the very basics, you can find out more about your Ayurvedic mind/body type, and we will send you away with a plan of action on how to apply this amazing system to your own lives.
