Meet Your Facilitator: Natalie Elghossain is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Teacher, and Founder of Ayurveda Wellness. She is passionate about sharing Authentic Ayurvedic teachings to guide others to greater health, happiness, and balance in their lives - just like it did for her. She received in-depth one-on-one teaching from renowned Doctor of Ayurveda and Yoga Teacher, Dr. Sylvia Strahl, after Ayurveda helped her heal from chronic stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and the common health challenges that stem from that, including digestive issues, burnout, and relationships challenges.
