Ayurveda, meaning "life" and "knowledge" in Sanskrit, is an ancient Indian medical system based on a natural and holistic approach to physical and mental health.
The Ayurvedic diet is about eating based on your unique balance of inner energies.
In this workshop, you will learn what types of food you should and shouldn’t eat depending on your body type, or dosha. You will learn on site how to cook yummy and super healthy recipes and get to try some samples.
