概要：
アクシス・シラバス（AS）は、人間の動きに関する知識を集大成したものです。解剖学、生体力学、物理学、その他の科学分野の知見を活用し、私たちの動き方について解説します。ASは、効率的かつ持続可能な動きを理解し、探求するための枠組みを構築し、怪我のリスクを軽減し、身体意識を高めることを目的としています。
ファシリテーターについて：
リヴィア・ケルンは、スイスを拠点とするダンサー、振付師、ダンスセラピスト、そしてアクシス・シラバス認定講師です。 彼女は今回、日本の農村地域の伝統的な踊りや祭りについて研究するために日本を訪れています。

Description:
The Axis Syllabus (AS) is a compendium of knowledge about human movement. It draws from anatomy, biomechanics, physics, and other scientific fields to inform how we move. The AS aims to create a framework for understanding and exploring movement that is both efficient and sustainable, reducing injury risk and promoting body awareness.
About the fascilitator:
Livia Kern is a dancer, choreographer, dance therapist and certified teacher of the Axis Syllabus based in Switzerland. She has been visiting Japan this time for her research on traditional dance and festival in rural areas of Japan.
