Axis Advisors invites corporate and industry partners to join us for Outlook Detroit 2025: A View into the Future of Commercial Real Estate on Wednesday, March 12th at the Detroit Athletic Club in downtown Detroit.
Host Steven Morris of Axis Advisors will begin the discussion, Steven Silverman and Jim Bieri will provide insights on retail auction and leasing. Following will be Mark Bennet who will be speaking on the apartment industry, and then Phil Konopitski who will be speaking on industrial buildings. Then Ron Boji will deliver key takeaways on office development. The program will conclude with insights from renowned economist and Wharton Professor Emeritus Peter Linneman, who will join us virtually to provide an economic outlook for the year 2025.
