Guys, we are planning a men’s event that is going to be awesome!What: AXES and ARROWS ax throwing and archery.
Who: Men of all ages from 6 years to ------- bring you, your sons, nephews, dads, uncles, grandpas, grandpas uncles, friends….. just bring someone!
When: Saturday June 28. 5-8pm
Where: Hope Community Nazarene
Why: To enjoy a great evening fellowshipping with other men and having manly fun.
There will be an ax throwing competition with a $100 gift card grand prize and multiple other prizes and giveaways.

What I need donated or volunteered for:
Grills and/or griddles.
Someone to man the grills, cooking Hamburger and hot dogs.
Someone to set up and run the tournament bracket.
Bales of straw for Archery backdrop
Someone to perform live music and/or create a playlist for music to be playing during the event.
Someone to setup and manage sound system for the event. This is an outdoor event.
Firewood and possibly a fire ring for containment.
Donations.
Cash- to pay for the event.
Gift cards- for giveaways.
Corporate sponsors. You will be given publicity (unless otherwise requested)
Food. Hamberger, Hot Dogs, Drinks, Desserts. Us guys like food!
