With wine in our glasses, so merry and bright,
We gather ‘round tables, a joyful delight.
The food is a feast, both savory and sweet,
Where laughter and cheer with loved ones meet.
Christmas lights glow, and carols fill the air,
A season of warmth, with joy everywhere.
Join us to celebrate this festive season at the National Yacht Club at the foot of Bathurst Street, where we will enjoy dining surrounded by the captivating cityview vistas of Toronto at night.
The evening will begin with a selection of reception wines - Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz (making its debut), Zonte's Footsteps Scarlet Ladybird Rose, Voyager Estates Semillon Sauvignon 2016 and Willow Ridge, accompanied by a tantalizing array of hors d'oevres - Smoked Salmon Blini, Mushroom Arancini, Crab Cake, lime aioli.
Highlighting the evening's festiviies will be sampling from the following specials from our cellar: Grenock Creek Apricot Block Shiraz 2001, Clarendon Blewitt Springs Grenache 2004, Grant Burge Old Vine Shiraz 2005 & Mitolo GAM 2005.
For the three course dinner, choose from the following options paired with fine Australian wines from the AWS cellars carefully selected by our Cellar Master Joe Gentile.

- Duo of Beef Tenderloin and Garlic Shrimp - potato gratin, roasted heirloom carrots, green beans, tarragon butter
- Butternut Squash Ravioli - sage cream, wilted greens, charred heirloom tomatoes
