We will make two salsas together!
The first is a Thai northern style salsa called “Nam Prik Noom”. It's made with roasted serrano pepper, garlic, shallots, tomatoes, and cilantro, pounded together with a mortar and pestle to achieve a detailed texture and authentic Thai taste. The second is a Thai three-flavor dipping sauce, with a twist. This mango salsa combines chunks of yellow mango red and green onions, avocado, cilantro, and tomatos to balance all three flavors of the salsa: sour, salty, and spicy. Then, we combine it with our house-made celery dressing for an “Umami” taste! They both are wonderful combination!
