About this Event

Welcome to the award-winning Doulagivers Level 1 End of Life Doula and caregiver Training!

Sign up for this FREE live in person event to learn directly from the Founder & Creator of Doulagivers Institute, Suzanne B. O'Brien RN, how to care for someone through all three phases of end of life.

This training is part of our global outreach initiative to teach everyone in the world the basic skills of how to care for someone who is dying.

Death is something that we all have in common no matter our race, religion, or socioeconomic status.

We believe that this education to support people to have the most positive end of life experience is a human right, not a privilege.

What will you learn in this training?

In this FREE training, you will learn how to care for someone who is dying from the time of a terminal diagnosis all the way through until the end-of-life.

This is a skill that is all but lost in our modern day society and it is causing this natural and inevitable part of life to be a thousand times harder than it needs to be for many.

You will learn the 3 Phases of End of Life Model of Care that we teach in our professional certification programs at Doulagivers Institute, as well as interventions to provide comfort and support to both patients and their families in each phase.

Suzanne B. O'Brien RN will show you:

1. How to identify the Shock Phase and what suggestions for comfort can be given.

2. How to identify the Stabilization Phase and what suggestions for comfort can be given.

3. How to identify the Transition Phase and what suggestions for comfort can be given.

4. How to reduce the fear of death and heal grief from past experiences with death.

5. How to empower and inspire yourself to start living fully with more compassion and presence TODAY.

Created from decades of firsthand experience and infused with real bedside stories, this training empowers you with the skills to care for your loved ones at the end of life.

It will also help you heal grief from past experiences with death, reduce the fear of death in general, and gain a new appreciation for life itself.

It aims to provide insightful and priceless wisdom from those ready to leave this world about how to live fully and make the most out of life’s journey!
