Join a unforgettable night with artists, film makers and activists. On September 24 we will present our three awards and show the winner of our competition.
5 - 7 pm Visit the finissage of our multimedia exhibition "The Art of Change" showcasing ten outstanding artists who are taking a stand against human rights violations worldwide.
7:30 pm Human Rights Film Festival Berlin Award Ceremony
We are going to present the Audience Award, the Honorary Prize for Freedom and Democracy, as well as the Willy Brandt Documentary Award for Freedom and Human Rights.
Our jury this year consists of Matthijs Wouter Knol (Director of the european Film Academy), Thimali Kodikara (Mothers of Invention / Doc Society), Tatsiana Hatsura-Yavorska (Watch Docs Belarus) and Malte Mau (German Chancellor Willy Brandt Foundation).
At the end of the award ceremony, there'll be a screening of the award-winning film. Afterwards, there will be a chance to speak to each other at the reception
