Awakening Intuition: A Guided Meditation & Journaling Circle
Your intuition is always speaking—through sensations, dreams, synchronicities, and quiet knowing. This circle offers a sacred space to slow down, listen deeply, and strengthen your connection to your inner wisdom.
We begin with a guided meditation designed to quiet the mind and open the subtle senses. Through breath, visualization, and grounding techniques, you’ll be invited to tune into your intuitive energy—learning to recognize how insight and guidance uniquely flow through you.
Following meditation, we’ll move into a guided journaling practice, using prompts to capture intuitive messages, symbols, and sensations that arose during the meditation. Writing becomes a bridge between the unseen and the seen—a way to translate inner whispers into clarity and direction.
Time will be held for optional sharing and reflection, allowing the group to learn from each other’s experiences in a space of respect and non-judgment.
This circle is open to all levels—whether you’re just beginning to explore your intuitive gifts or wish to deepen an existing practice. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart.
