Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. Students will practice breath work, exercises to help strengthen and balance the nervous and glandular systems, meditation and relaxation. Beginners and experienced students are welcome. Experience the upliftment, energy and peace of Kundalini Yoga!
Yogis of all levels are welcome.
Studio is equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows. Come as you are and reset your nervous system.
