Awakening to Your Gifts: Sound bath & MeditationWaking up to your gifts is a beautiful journey of self-awareness and embracing the unique qualities that make you who you are. Join us Monday, June 24, as we hold space to help you unlock your strengths and awaken what’s ready to be discovered within.
No matter your age or life experiences, there are gifts ready to be discovered within you. Everyone has a gift, multiple gifts at that! Sharing our gifts with the world is what we’re here for. If you have fear around sharing your gifts or are ready to uncover more of your unique strengths, then this soundbath and meditation experience may be just the tool for you.
Hannah will lead a guided meditation focused on helping you discover what your gifts are so you can begin using them to elevate your life.
With the use crystal healing bowls, chimes, gongs and other percussion instruments, Kelsey will create sonic sounds to help integrate any new insights and provide a safe space for relaxation and reclamation. Participants can come prepared with a gift they would like deepen or come with a totally ready to claim a new strength. All are welcome.

About the facilitators:
With over a decade of immersion in Herbalism, Nutrition, Astrology and energetic wellness, Hannah's expertise has been cultivated through collaborations with esteemed herbalists, astrologers and energetic practitioners. Hannah is a Reiki Master and offers a rich tapestry of knowledge and experience. Through coaching, classes, energetic balancing, and the formulation of herbal remedies, she has honed her skills and wisdom to educate and empower individuals on their unique integrative journeys.
Kelsey Elledge of Soulfully_Sound is a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, sound healing facilitator and certified kundalini yoga instructor. She’s been facilitating sound baths for the general public since 2022 and is incredibly passionate about sharing curated sound experiences as a way to go inward. Sound has been instrumental in her own inner journey of unraveling and reigniting the sacred light within.
