Awakening to Spirit Meditation

Drop in for a healing and calming meditation with us on Saturdays in our beautiful Garden Room.

The NYTS Mediation Center led by Angella Focas will be holding one Saturday day out of the month starting September 30th, 2023.

Doors will open at 12:45PM and meditation ends at 1:30PM for about 45 minutes.

All are welcome.
