About this Event
Together, we’ll explore the magic of Ceremonial Cacao, embrace mindfulness, experience a sound bath that nourishes the spirit, and connect with ourselves and others. We believe in creating a space where you can not only immerse yourself in mindfulness but also take with you practical skills to incorporate into your daily lives.
This series will guide us towards:

6:00 PM - Welcome Grounding
6:15 PM - Mindfulness Teaching
6:25 PM - Cacao I Song | Movement
7:15 PM - Meditation Sound Bath
8:00 PM - Optional Social Hour
Investment: $40 , but we offer a sliding scale to welcome everyone.
