Why Attend?
This workshop is designed to help you relax and release tension stored in your body, particularly in the hips and shoulders, where we commonly hold stress. You’ll also learn to release stored negative emotions through chanting and breathwork, restoring positive energy levels. This experience will leave you feeling emotionally and physically rejuvenated, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
What to Expect
- Breathing Meditation : Using your voice to connect with and release stored emotions.
- Dance : A gentle and accessible movement practice designed for all levels, including those with limited mobility. If needed, a chair can be used for support during the dance portion.
- Hand Mudras : A practice of using specific hand gestures to direct energy and enhance your meditation practice.
Preparation
-Bring water to stay hydrated.
-It’s advisable to wear a skirt or a dress to enhance the flow of energy during movement.
-Bring a cardigan, sweater, or blanket for comfort during meditation.
About Olga
I am Olga, a passionate yoga teacher and wellness enthusiast with a lifelong dedication to health and well-being. My journey into wellness started in Latvia, where I assisted my mother with fitness and aerobics classes, instilling in me a deep connection to movement and health. However, it wasn’t until my father’s passing in my early 30s that I truly discovered the transformative power of yoga. This spiritual practice helped me overcome grief and depression, and inspired me to share this healing knowledge with others.
I have since earned a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from A. Kaivalya Academy, specializing in a holistic approach to mind-body wellness. I offer a variety of practices including breathwork, 1-to-1 Stretch Therapy, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Energy Work. My focus is to guide others in releasing negativity and fostering a positive mindset, helping them live vibrant, balanced lives. Additionally, I incorporate Neurographics, a unique drawing technique that reduces stress and stimulates new neuropathways in the brain, supporting personal growth and mental clarity.
