About this Event
Why do I keep avoiding the very things I say I want to do?
How do I know which voice is my authentic Self?
Do these inner questions sound familiar? These common struggles often stem from internal conflicts between different aspects of ourselves—some that support our growth and others that seem to hold us back. Many of the blockages that cloud our intuition and decision-making are rooted in childhood experiences. Internal Family Systems (IFS), or parts work, offers a powerful framework for understanding these inner dynamics.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore these unconscious patterns and learn how IFS can help you recognize and befriend the parts of you that show up as fear, criticism, and self-doubt. Through guided somatic practices, you will discover how to release stored energy, connect with your authentic voice, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner trust.
Join us for an empowering practice that can transform the way you relate to yourself; allowing you to move from hesitation to alignment, from fear to flow. It will be a supportive space cultivated to assist in clearing the path to your intuition, embody the wisdom of your true Self, and awaken the light within!
