About this Event
In this two‑hour experiential workshop, we explore the elegant simplicity of Natural Hygiene and the restorative depth of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
You’ll learn how the body organizes, repairs, and rebalances itself when we remove interference and create conditions for healing.
Through gentle teaching, embodied awareness, and guided stillness, you will:
• understand the biological laws of healing
• feel the subtle movements of your own system
• experience the grounding and spaciousness of BCST principles
• gain tools to support your health with confidence and ease
