Each session begins with a calming sound bath, flowing into a guided visualization, and concludes with additional time to immerse in the soothing sounds. Over time, this series supports participants in growing comfortable with their gifts, gaining insight, and ultimately creating a personal life purpose statement.

Group Sound bath sessions will be on January 20th, February 3rd and February 17th. The alternate weeks will be a one on one session with Pat to review the previous week's content.
This series includes 3 guided group sound bath sessions, plus homework.
