Yoga, Ritual and Soulful Rest by the Mediterranean Sea Join me for a 7-night retreat in a serene, adults-only spa resort overlooking the sea in northern Malta. This retreat is a sacred invitation to return to yourself through yoga, meditation, sacred ritual, and the timeless wisdom of the Divine Feminine. We'll gather during the season of the Autumn Equinox — a time of balance, harvest, and letting go — supported by myth, movement, and the nurturing presence of community. Between sessions, there will be ample time to rest, swim, walk by the sea, enjoy the spa, or simply pause for reflection and journaling — letting the space hold and nourish you deeply.
The Physical Practices: Rasa Yoga & The Roll Model® Method:
- Our movement practices during the retreat will be rooted in Rasa Yoga — a soulful, integrated form of yoga that blends flow and alignment , mantra , mudra , meditation , and Tantrik philosophy . Each morning will offer Agni Rasa Yoga - dynamic, fiery sequences designed to build strength, awaken vitality, and align body and breath. In the evenings, we’ll soften into Soma Rasa Yoga - slower, more receptive practices that emphasise rest, deep release, and inner connection. Alongside the asana, we’ll work with The Roll Model® Method , using therapy balls for self-myofascial release to support healthy tissues, ease tension, and enhance proprioception.
These sessions are deeply therapeutic and help integrate the physical and emotional layers of the body. This combination of strength and softness, movement and stillness, will leave you feeling more grounded, mobile, and connected to yourself — both inside and out.
