Awakening our Sacred Sexuality We invite you into heart-opening, creative exploration of pleasure. Connect and more deeply align with your sexual self!
About this Event

Join a dynamic trio of passionate sexuality professionals for a weekend of exploration as we dive deep into connecting with our sacred pleasure. Participants are guided through a beautiful flow of exercises, from reflective discussions and meditations to embodied movement, art, and creative play. Together, we cultivate an environment in which we:

*Connect to what it means to truly be at choice

*Learn to check-in with ourselves in each moment and ask, "What is it that I want now?"

*Explore how our bodies experience pleasure, expanding our sensual awareness

*Process the joys and challenges of sexuality

*Celebrate and honor our identities, including our diverse histories, stories, perspectives, and experiences

*Work to build a safe, loving, playful, inclusive container for each of us to open our hearts, be seen and held, and have the experience each of us is meant to have.

Open to your own pleasure and take full agency of your sexual experiences!

Here's what participants are saying:

"Awakening our Sacred Sexuality provides women with a truly unique opportunity to explore and engage in a wonderful variety of healing, playful, educational, and pleasurable activities in a safe, inclusive, non-judgemental container. This is a very thoughtfully-designed workshop, and the facilitators are amazing! I'm so glad I did this for myself."- Anonymous

"Every vulva owner should attend this workshop! I can’t stop talking about it with my close friends and partner. Being able to take a deep dive into yourself and really ask “What do I want?” unlocks a new level of desire. The facilitators do an amazing job diversifying the activities and touch on so many realms of our sensuality. I can’t wait to be involved in the next chapter!" -Ashley

"This AOSS workshop is incredible! I would rank it with the top 5 best things I've ever done for myself. The facilitators weaved together a rich and beautiful weekend filled with safety, connection and growth. The exercises were so thoughtful and varied and provided a structure to explore in many ways... The transformation was profound! I highly recommend it." -Anonymous

“In a society in which the subject of sex is taboo and not openly talked about, participating in this workshop was like drinking a glass of water in the desert... Amy, Jane, and Sarah, created a safe container for rich and meaningful information exchange, deep exploration, authentic sharing, playfulness, fun, heartfelt connection, and potent healing... It is an opportunity to explore your history, beliefs, practices, desires, and edges and be at choice with how far or deep you explore, participate, and share at all times. You will NOT regret taking this workshop!” -CH
