'Awakening' Imbolc : Sharing, Cacao, Meditation, Curated Dance Journey

I invite you to Join us for a sacred and celebratory gathering as we honour Imbolc, the first phase of spring. This is a time when the sap begins to rise and, the earth begins to gently warm and we notice the stirrings of our own inner life force awaken to the new life emerging. Yay!!
The day includes : Sharing Circle & heart opening Cacao Blessing, followed by a Guided Meditation to connect us to the season. After we allow the curated music to take us on a somatic journey embodying, releasing and expressing all that arises as our bodies waken.
To complete we come together to close the circle and share food together. Optional bring and share food.
