“Nourishing the Heart Within.”
This will be a weekend dedicated to self-love, heart renewal, and releasing what no longer serves our spirit.

Would you like not only to lift your own energy, but also learn how to share it with others?
If your heart is whispering yes, we warmly invite you to join us for a sacred, transformative 2-day gathering of kindred spirits.

(Arrival at 9:00 AM to settle in.)

🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT
This retreat is a journey back to your heart — a reconnection with your inner world, your energy, and your true self.
Together, we will explore:
✨ Feeling and understanding your own energy
✨ Clearing yourself and others (without smudging)
✨ Guided meditations: Grounding, Raising your personal vibration
✨ Heart-centred energy treatments
✨ How to raise your consciousness
✨ Workshop: Finding which chakra is blocked in your body
✨ Workshop: Connecting with your spiritual guide and angels
✨ Creating a deeper relationship with your purpose
🌿 ENERGY AGREEMENT
This is a sacred, high-vibration container.
Out of honour and respect for the work, we kindly ask that you refrain from alcohol or recreational substances for at least 48 hours before and throughout the retreat.

🌿 CONTRIBUTION
$125 per person for the full weekend (maximum 35 participants).
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to reserve your place.

🌿 MEALS — Potluck Style
Saturday: Potluck lunch and supper for those staying late and overnight.
Sunday: Potluck Breakfast and leftovers for lunch.
Meal coordination will be shared in the private group.
🌿 OVERNIGHT OPTION
Sleeping suggestions in the Moncton and Shediac area will be posted in the private group.
If you prefer to stay onsite, the scout camp offers rustic bunk-style sleeping (plywood bases).
Please bring:
• A foam or inflatable mattress
• Sleeping bag or full bedding
• Pillow and warm blankets
There is a wood stove and mini-splits for heating.
Electricity and water are available — but note that the water is not drinking quality, so please bring your own.
