Join us for a gentle, heart-opening evening designed to awaken a sense of ease, warmth, and quiet joy.
When we use the word bliss, we’re not talking about constant happiness or high energy. We’re speaking to moments of contentment, connection, and inner peace—the kind that lives underneath the noise of everyday life.
This women’s circle is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with what already exists within you.
🌿 What to Expect
We’ll begin with guided imagery to gently awaken a felt sense of inner bliss—through soft inner light, warmth in the heart, and memories of peace or contentment. There’s nothing to force or figure out, simply space to notice and receive.
From there, we’ll move into an extended sound healing experience, allowing the body to fully absorb and integrate what was touched within. Sound and silence work together here, creating space for intention to be felt rather than defined.
From this grounded place, we’ll explore heart-centered intentions—not as goals or expectations, but as gentle invitations. Instead of asking what do I want?, we’ll listen for what wants to grow.
The evening will close with optional reflection and discussion, offering space to share insights, sensations, or simple noticings—always with listening, not fixing.
