About this Event
Join us for a transformative workshop that celebrates the awakening of life and nurtures personal growth. As the earth softens and new growth emerges, we gather to honor the awakening of life—both around us and within us. This is a time to embrace the goodness of renewal and the stirring of life in our hearts. Yet, we also know the tension many of us carry—the hesitation to fully inhabit our own aliveness, the quiet resistance to feeling good in our bodies and spirits.
Through reflection, embodiment practices, and engaging our senses, we'll mark the leaving of Winter and what that held for us, while also entering the paradox of Spring: its invitation to bloom and the vulnerability that comes with it. Participants will engage in grounding practices to release any resistance, followed by sensory exercises that invite them to fully inhabit the present moment. We will also explore the tensions within us through journaling and sharing, giving space to voice fears and desires.
Together, we'll face what keeps us from stepping into joy and flourishing, while also making space to mark the goodness that is emerging—the resurrection that is coming for us. By the end of this workshop, participants will have clarity around what they are ready to release, as well as practices to nurture their aliveness and personal growth moving forward.
*Lunch will be included!
