This is a retreat highlighting inner stillness, heart brain coherence and the choice to change from within. Swan will offer numerous Quantum & heart brain coherence healing meditations, stimulating group discussions on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, yoga, the elevated language of Sanskrit mantra, Sound Bath Experience

*10:30-Noon Teachings on Metacognition from Dr Joe Dispenza & Realizing the Mind with teachings from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras (drop in $35)
*Noon-2 Lunch
*2pm-3:15pm Somatic Full Body Meditation- Freeing the Energy of the past from the body (drop in $35)
*3:30-4:45pm Sanskrit Mantra Concert and teachings/stories of the Heart from Ram Dass (drop in $25)
