The journey begins with gentle, guided breathwork, encouraging you to tune into your body, soften tension, and quiet your mind. As you breathe, soft, subtle sounds, and low, soothing vibrations will flow through the space, weaving with your breath to deepen relaxation and enhance awareness.
Gradually, these sounds expand into a fully textured, immersive sound bath, enveloping you in layers of harmonic tones, resonant frequencies, and flowing vibrations. This rich sonic landscape supports release, alignment, and a sense of expansive calm, carrying you beyond the mind into a space of pure presence.
As the sound journey gently recedes, we return to guided breathwork, integrating the stillness, clarity, and balance you’ve cultivated. This full-circle experience invites you to rest fully, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and emerge centered, grounded, and renewed.
A variety of soothing instruments will be played: svaram storm instrument, seed pod shaker, Chinese Chau gong, swinging meditation chime, 432hz singing crystal bowls, crystal harp, and various chimes.
Your comfort is paramount to your experience, so please bring items with you that will make you cozy while lying on the floor: camping mattress, padded mat, fluffy blankets, pillow, sleeping bag, etc.
