MY STORY:
I'm Jana Marie, Women's Empowerment and Embodiment Coach. I have trained in AwBd in 2018 with the amazing Katie Holland, world renowned dancer, performer, teacher and healer. AwBd has transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined. After years of working with various healing modalities, nothing has impacted me as deeply as this practice. It stripped away the layers of protection I had built around my heart and soul, revealing my raw truth and igniting a power within me I didn't know I had. Through my years of experience as a Soul worker and intuitive guide, I weave this deep knowledge and energy into every session, creating a loving space where transformation awaits.

This is the third in a series of AwBd workshops which run every 21days, each focused on a different chakra. While these workshops form a powerful collective journey, and I would of course recommend to dive into the whole journey, each workshop is also a stand-alone experience.
