What is Spinal Chakra Movement Meditation?
This is a relaxing and powerful practice where we focus on the energy in our body—especially the energy centers that run along the spine, called chakras. You can think of chakras like little spinning wheels of energy that help you feel balanced, calm, and strong.
In the class, we’ll use slow movements, deep breathing, imagination (visualization), and positive words (called affirmations) to “wake up” these energy centers and help them flow better. It’s kind of like clearing out a stream so the water can move freely again. We’ll also pay attention to our spine—stretching it gently—because it’s the main road the energy travels on.
This helps you feel:
- Less stressed or stuck
- More calm and clear-headed
- Physically better in your back and posture
- More connected to yourself
It’s like hitting the reset button on your body and mind!
