Release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself in this unique Breathwork session led by Shannon Rollins, a Pause Certified Breathwork Facilitator and trauma-informed Clinical Hypnotherapist.
We’ll begin with somatic breathwork to release tension, clear mental clutter, and regulate the nervous system. Then, we’ll move into a journaling session to reconnect and anchor you in a state of peace.
This workshop is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice. You’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more at ease.

This experience is carefully crafted to take you on a journey:
- Opening & Grounding – Settle into the space with guided intention setting.
- Guided Breathwork Journey – Shannon will guide you through a trauma-informed, connected breathing technique with music designed to support release and empowerment. *PLEASE NOTE: We will not be using silent disco headphones in this specific journey. In future ones, YES!
- Emotional Release & Awakening – Allow your body to process and let go of what no longer serves you.
- Integration – Gentle guidance to reflect, anchor insights, and embody your new sense of self-love and power.
- Closing Reflection – Seal the journey with gratitude, clarity, and empowerment. We will leave extra time for Q&A and also reflective journaling.
You’ll walk away feeling renewed, empowered, and deeply connected to your heart and truth.

Hi, I’m Shannon Rollins, a Trauma-Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of A Way Forward: Mind-Body Healing & Hypnosis.
My work blends subconscious transformation, breathwork, and somatic healing to create safe and powerful spaces for deep inner shifts. With years of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformational practices, I’ve seen firsthand how breathwork can break through barriers, release old stories, and reconnect people to their power.
I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, it’s about remembering who you already are: whole, worthy, and powerful. It’s my honor to guide you back to that truth.
