She is researcher in self-knowledge and self-therapy, a specialist in applied psychology, coach, and holistic therapist. She masters the art of weaving together threads from various disciplines and traditions, and have the ability to convey complex knowledge in a simple, creative way — not only through words, but through voice, energy work, sensory activation, and conscious presence.

Topic of Joy and consciously joyful living is Tatiana´s specialty. In 2018, when she got disabled by a long-term illness, chosen commitment to 365 days of joy gave her life meaning and strengthened to rebirth. Her journal from that time is still kept on Instagram @consciouslyjoyful. Tatiana teaches joy courses and writes a book on Conscious joy.

Although she holds international yoga certifications(Kundalini Yoga 300TT, Yin Yoga 200TT, MediYoga 120TT, Laughter Yoga 80TT) and have 15 years of daily practice in meditation and yoga, she is more than a teacher — she a bridge between science and wisdom, between body and soul. With a doctoral degree and a life devoted to exploring human healing and evolution, she developed a unique approach where academic depth and done inner work meets open heart and practical spirituality.

Tatiana is an advocate for self-love, emotional intelligence, the healed feminine, and living with an open heart. Through extensive inner work, she has freed herself from stagnant emotions and trauma, and relearned the art of feeling joy, love, and gratitude — even in the midst of battling a debilitating illness.
