Food: Please eat an early dinner before you arrive.

Timing: Please arrive by 6:20 to park and find the Flow Sanctuary.

To Bring: Please bring a water bottle and a cushion to sit on and a blanket.

Dress: Dress in something that makes you "feel" sensual and good but that you feel comfortable lying down in and sitting cross legged on the floor. Wear red if that feels good to you.
